Established in 1998, we are an expanding company with 16 clinic locations in Southwest Florida.

The Position: We are actively seeking a Director of Physical Therapist for a new facility with strong referral sources, in beautiful Port Charlotte, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills and demonstrate empathy and understanding in meeting the diverse needs of our patients.

Compensation Package

• $90,000 - $100,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Full Time Monday Through Friday (Flexible Hours)
• Responsible For the Overall Leadership, Management and Operation of Clinic
• Supervision of Both Clinical and Office Support Staff
• Ensuring Adherence to All APTA Standards, Policies, and Procedures
• Working with Outpatient Orthopedic Patients Providing One-On-One Patient Care
• Assistance From Marketing Director to Support Your Efforts to Market Your Clinic

Requirements

• Graduate From a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Licensed in Florida or Willingness to Obtain Florida Licensed Physical Therapist
• Working Knowledge of Computer and EMR Software Applications. (WebPT)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Marketing Experience a Plus!
