As our Senior General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our properties. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Drive revenue and growth for each location while maintaining individual goals.
• Protect and uphold brand standards and the guest experience.
• Work closely with the Finance department to set and maintain proper financial goals and budgets.
• Collaborate with other departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance.
• Manage costs of goods and hold each department accountable for their respective categories, providing solutions and corrections as needed.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by auditing menu items and guaranteeing exceptional service.
• Rigorously monitor guest feedback and resolve all guest complaints while maintaining constant communication with the Corporate Office.
• Protect the guest experience by ensuring the environment, including music, lighting, and temperature, is consistently perfect.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the entire Front of House management team.
• Recruit exceptional staff and ensure they are properly trained to execute their job duties and embody the company culture.
• Proactively communicate with Executive Management and Corporate Office.
• Resolve all employee issues and maintain thoughtful communication with HR and leadership.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with all health and legal regulations.
