Senior General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior General Manager to lead our team and uphold our commitment to excellence.

As our Senior General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our properties. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Operational Leadership- Drive revenue and growth for each location while maintaining individual goals.
- Protect and uphold brand standards and the guest experience.
- Work closely with the Finance department to set and maintain proper financial goals and budgets.
- Collaborate with other departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance.
- Manage costs of goods and hold each department accountable for their respective categories, providing solutions and corrections as needed.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by auditing menu items and guaranteeing exceptional service.
- Rigorously monitor guest feedback and resolve all guest complaints while maintaining constant communication with the Corporate Office.
- Protect the guest experience by ensuring the environment, including music, lighting, and temperature, is consistently perfect.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the entire Front of House management team.
- Recruit exceptional staff and ensure they are properly trained to execute their job duties and embody the company culture.
- Proactively communicate with Executive Management and Corporate Office.
- Resolve all employee issues and maintain thoughtful communication with HR and leadership.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with all health and legal regulations.

- A minimum of 5 years of multi-unit operations leadership experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
