Pick Up & Delivery Driver/Porter
The Pick Up & Delivery Driver/Porter is responsible for the delivery, pickup and transport of vehicles to and from various locations in a safe and timely manner. Required to drive Standard and Automatic Vehicles Compensation & Benefits:

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm and occasional Saturday's from 7:00am - 4:00pm. Hours and schedule may vary.
- Move and park vehicles safely in designated areas on the lot.
- Organize service vehicles for easy access and efficient workflow.
- Retrieve vehicles for customers, cashiers and advisors as needed.
- Keep vehicles pulled up in all service lanes.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable when returned to customers.
- Install protective covers on seats and install floor mats on all vehicles
- Greet customers when arriving for service.
- Provide friendly and professional interaction with customers and staff.
- Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area.
- Provide courtesy rides to customers’ homes, work etc.
- Pick up customer vehicles and drive them back to customer locations.
- Keep the service lot clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Remove trash or hazards from the lot as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, parking lots, and customer waiting areas.
- Perform walk-around inspection, videos and pictures to identify vehicle damage.
- Report on any vehicle damage or issues to the Manager immediately.
- Responsible for checking interior through all accessible windows.
- Open and inspect all compartments and seating areas.
- Complete Vehicle Safety Check on every vehicle.
- Assist with errands or tasks.
- Deliver parts or paperwork as requested.
- Help with setting up and closing the service area daily.
- Follow all dealership safety protocols and procedures.
- Operate vehicles safely and obey all traffic laws on and off the lot.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must submit to a background check and drug test
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience driving larger pickup trucks is a plus
- Ability to work in outside elements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
