Lead Mitigation Technician - PROJECT TEAM LEADER

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Job Type: Permanent Full time 7:30-5pm with on call hours and overtime pay

Compensation: $50,000-80,000 PLUS PLUS annually based on experience and effort!

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mitigation and restoration projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct water, fire, mold, and other disaster-related assessments and provide solutions.
- Maintain and operate equipment for mitigation tasks such as water extraction, drying, and demolition.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining open communication.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation for each project.

MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH INSURANCE ADJUSTERS, PROPERTY MANAGERS AND OTHER VENDORS ON A B2B LEVEL!!!

Qualifications:
- IICRC certification in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in mitigation and restoration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and lead by example.
