Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Wiscon, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Wiscon, Florida. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact by helping K12 students strengthen their communication skills and reach their full academic and social potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess student needs

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with evaluation outcomes

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations on goals and services

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential documentation per district and state guidelines

• Provide consultative support to educators to integrate communication strategies in the classroom

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

• Previous school-based experience is preferred

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
