Position Overview:

A high-growth corporate headquarters in Midtown Boca Raton is searching for a dynamic HR Generalist to support employee relations, full-cycle recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR compliance.

salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS data maintenance.

• Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and extend employment offers.

• Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding company policies, performance management, and benefit inquiries.

• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred).

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate setting.

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity, BambooHR).
