Tractor Operator – NAS Pensacola (Grounds Maintenance)

About the Position
Allserv, Inc. is hiring an experienced Tractor Operator to support our grounds‑maintenance contract at Naval Air Station Pensacola . This role performs large‑scale mowing, material transport, grading, and site maintenance using wheel‑mounted tractors and attached implements with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate wheel‑mounted tractors and attachments (finish mower, brush hog, box blade, trailer, spreader, sprayer, etc.).
- Perform large‑area mowing , clearing, grading, and material movement across assigned zones.
- Tow and maneuver trailers and equipment safely on base roads and work areas.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections , basic maintenance, and report issues promptly.
- Follow NAS Pensacola safety procedures , environmental rules, and base access requirements.
- Maintain safe distances from personnel, vehicles, structures, and flight‑line‑adjacent areas.
- Assist crew leads with site tasks when equipment operation is not required.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience operating tractors or similar equipment (commercial, agricultural, or municipal).
- Ability to safely operate tractors with multiple attachments .
- Valid REAL ID driver’s license and ability to meet base access requirements .
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather - extreme heat, humidity, rain, cold, wind.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and professional
- Authorized to work in the United States
