Project Manager (High-end Finish Commercial)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress to ensure speed and accuracy.

• Financial Management: Schedules owner billings, reviews percentages of completion, and approves subcontractor payouts once funds are received.

• Documentation & Reporting: Prepares status reports for upper management, maintains an updated issues list, and manages all construction documents including RFIs and submittal logs.

• Field Coordination: Creates project schedules with field staff input and conducts routine site inspections.

• Contract Administration: Reviews owner contracts for adherence, manages change orders, and oversees the complete buy-out of subcontractors and vendors.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training, specifically with a background in restaurant construction projects.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project

• Core Competencies: ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.
