Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
A professional organization in the real estate and property management industry is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant for a temporary assignment in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a dependable, polished, and customer-focused administrative professional who enjoys supporting a busy office, managing front-of-house operations, and helping teams stay organized and productive. The Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, clients, and vendors while providing a wide range of clerical, reception, records management, and office coordination support. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a professional environment with collaborative teams, supportive leadership, and a strong focus on service, organization, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Manage front desk and reception duties, including answering phones, greeting walk-in visitors, and providing professional customer service.- Coordinate visitor badge access, receive deliveries, order office supplies, and assist with lunch coordination.
- Perform general office, clerical, and administrative duties to support daily business operations.
- Maintain organized records management systems, files, documents, and office information.
- Conduct research, respond to information requests, and provide administrative support to employees and leadership.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $24 to $25 per hour.
- Job Type: Temporary contract assignment.
- Assignment Dates: August 24, 2026 through January 10, 2027.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage reception, front desk, visitor access, and general office support functions.- Coordinate administrative tasks including supplies, deliveries, lunches, records, and documentation.
- Provide clerical and executive administrative support in a professional office environment.
- Support employees, visitors, and clients with responsive, customer-focused communication. - Spanish-speaking skills are required.
- 2 to 4 years of administrative assistant or executive assistant experience is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, manage time effectively, and remain detail oriented in a busy office setting.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications - Portuguese-speaking skills are preferred.
- Famis 360 experience is preferred.
- Prior administrative experience in real estate, property management, facilities, or a professional office environment is preferred.
