We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at our Melbourne Beach location! As a PTA, you will work alongside a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on patient care, helping individuals recover and regain mobility. Compensation Package:

• Offering up to $35 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing patient care plans.
• Provide hands-on treatment to patients, including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques.
• Educate patients on their treatment plans and assist in progress monitoring.
• Document patient responses to treatment and communicate progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure in Florida as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Previous experience as a PTA is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with a team.
