PT Host | White Willow

The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is seeking a gracious and poised  Host to join the opening team of  White Willow ; our refined Asian dining concept located within the prestigious Equestrian Manor. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who embodies warmth, elegance, and a commitment to creating memorable first impressions.

As a Host at White Willow, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your presence will reflect the World Equestrian Center’s core values of  Quality, Class, and Distinction .

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

• Manage reservations and seating assignments with precision, ensuring optimal flow and guest satisfaction.

• Maintain an organized and elegant front desk area, reflecting the aesthetic and standards of White Willow.

• Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate seating and accommodate special requests.

• Assist with guest inquiries, providing knowledgeable and courteous responses.

• Monitor wait times and provide accurate updates to guests with grace and attentiveness.

• Support the execution of private dining and special events through guest coordination and front-of-house assistance.

• Uphold the highest standards of appearance, demeanor, and service etiquette.

• Maintain discretion and professionalism when interacting with high-profile guests.

• Collaborate with management to implement feedback-driven improvements in guest experience.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a host or guest-facing role within an upscale or fine dining environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with reservation systems and POS platforms preferred.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
