Phoenix Spark Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of Phoenix Group, incorporated in the State of Delaware on June 5, 2025.

Phoenix Spark was established with a threefold mission :

1. To offer its core services —management consulting, project management, and high-specialization, high-efficiency software development—to US industry , particularly big tech, innovative companies, start-ups, and system integrators, through a predominantly hybrid-offshoring model;
2. To promote US and European innovation in both directions, leveraging its Corporate Innovation and Business Development expertise;
3. To accelerate the internationalization of Italian companies by facilitating their access to the U.S. market in terms of business development, operational services, and a network of financial support systems.

As the Group’s operational outpost in the North American market, Phoenix Spark Inc. has established its offices in two strategic locations: Houston , within the Texas Medical Center Innovation Factory—the world’s largest medical center—and San Francisco , in the heart of Silicon Valley, where Phoenix Capital has been present since February 2024 with an Innovation Outpost at Innovit – Italian Innovation and Culture Hub .

In Houston in particular, Phoenix Spark Inc. strengthens its presence not only in the medical, life sciences, and innovation sectors , but also in strategic areas for the Texan economy such as oil & gas, space economy, food & beverage, and advanced manufacturing . The company is a member of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Texas

Position:

We are currently supporting a global independent asset management platform (~$150bn AUM, established large presence in the U.S.) in a selective search for senior bankers and financial advisors across the United States – anywhere in the U.S . (onshore and offshore)

We are looking to connect with professionals who:

• Hold Series 65 / 64 licenses (Series 7 also relevant);
• Manage a portable book of clients;
• Are considering a transition toward a more independent and entrepreneurial platform.
