Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Agent to manage internal and external communications with clarity and professionalism. This role plays a vital part in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting company messaging, and ensuring consistent communication across all operational channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal memos, client updates, and official communications

• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain message alignment and accuracy

• Assist in developing training documents, company updates, and presentation materials

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via email and phone with clarity and professionalism

• Ensure all documentation follows brand standards and legal compliance

• Maintain logs of key communications for reporting and audit purposes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy in written correspondence

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication platforms (email, internal chat systems, etc.)

• Prior administrative or communications experience preferred
