- Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals for potential clients by gathering information, analyzing needs, and developing compelling content.
- Collaborate with team members, including sales, marketing, and technical staff, to ensure proposals are accurate and effectively represent the company's capabilities.
- Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including research, writing, editing, and final submission.
- Create and maintain a library of proposal content, templates, and other resources to streamline future proposal development.
- Ensure all proposals are compliant with client requirements and meet quality standards.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review and edit proposal content for accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal writing or a related field.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in winning new business through proposal submissions.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $73,000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $117,000 per year
- Currency: USD
- Benefits: To be discussed with the successful candidate
