NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a General Manager / Store Manager - Grocery in our Delray Beach location. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for those with a passion and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a grocery setting.
As a General Manager / Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth. You will lead a dedicated team, implement effective operational strategies, and maintain high standards of quality and service that reflect our company's mission and values.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package and opportunities for professional development within the dynamic restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the grocery store, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory control and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive store success
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in a grocery or retail environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing operational budgets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong understanding of inventory management and merchandising principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is a plus
