Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are a precision CNC manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Inspector. The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, conducting in-process inspections, and ensuring that machined parts meet both the specifications of the drawings and the customer's quality standards.

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $22-$26/hr

1st Shift: M-TH 6am- 4:30pm & Fri 6am – 2:30 overtime

2nd Shift: M-TH 4:15pm - 2:45am

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials.
• Perform in-process inspections of products.
• Ensure machined parts meet tight tolerance and customer quality standards.
• Utilize measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Conduct first article inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience with measuring equipment: micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with first article inspections.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Basic math skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience with PCDMIS software (CMMS system).
• Experience inspecting metals/tools in a shop setting.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled plant during the first shift from Monday through Thursday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
