Horse Care Duties
Daily feeding, turnout, stall cleaning, watering
Daily grooming and hoof picking
Weekly bathing and clipping as requested
Administering medications, applying wraps, and monitoring health
Maintaining a clean, calm, safe barn environment
Observing horses carefully and reporting changes promptly
Property Maintenance Duties
Fence checks and minor repairs
Gate, barn, stall, and facility upkeep
Light carpentry, hardware repairs, and equipment care
Mowing, trimming, sweeping, and general grounds presentation
Ensuring the property remains clean, attractive, and functional
We are seeking a seasoned, physically capable equine professional with 20+ years of hands-on horse employment who genuinely enjoys quiet mornings, structured routines, and outdoor work.
Successful candidates will be:
Morning people with strong daily discipline
Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs at times and work in Florida heat
Drug-free, smoke-free, no tobacco use, and not heavy drinkers
Clean, organized, dependable, and professional
Easy to work with, receptive to direction, and able to follow farm protocols with a positive, cooperative attitude
Able to work independently while remaining responsive and communicative
Calm, steady, respectful, and drama-free
Must have a reliable personal vehicle
No pets, due to existing animals on the property
Prefers a simple, peaceful lifestyle and takes pride in expert horse care and mmaintaining a beautiful farm
Exceptionally peaceful, beautiful, and quiet work environment
Horses are calm, relaxed, and well-mannered
Located in desirable Palm Beach Gardens
