The Owner Ambassador acts as the primary point of contact to homeowners within Rentyl's property management program, developing the relationship between company and client and providing feedback to the entire operation. This agent will be in contact with all departments within the organization in order to satisfy all inquiries received from homeowners, from basic maintenance work orders to accounting, marketing and sales related questions, while assisting with processes such onboarding during Rent-Ready process, furniture replacement, and monthly statement reviews. Therefore, the Owner Ambassador must have a general understanding of the company's day-to-day operations and business strategy, and be able to communicate effectively through emails, calls and face-to-face meetings.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm Might need to be available on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service to homeowners
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work orders and projects
- such as furniture replacement or repair.
- Representing company's culture and value during calls and face to face
- meetings
- Assist with accounting related inquiries and monthly statement
- reviews.
- Assist with revenue and marketing related inquiries.
- Assist Contract Sales on resales, showings, and related inquiries from
- realtors.
- Assistance with external associates such as, HOA's community manager
- and club membership
Requirements:
- Customer service experience required.
- Associate in arts Degree or higher education preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be organized and able to follow up with multiple departments
and tasks - Must keep a professional attitude, representing the company's values
at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual preferred. (Spanish)
- Experience in property management and PMS preferred.
- Experience in or related administrative roles
- Self-started and self-motivated
- Problem solving and critical thinking
