Real Estate Sales Agent Partner

Responsibilities for this role include lead generation, prospecting for seller and buyer leads, conducting buyer consultations, negotiating for all buyers, and overseeing all aspects of transactions. You will be responsible for establishing yourself as a local expert on communities and neighborhoods, school districts, current market conditions, and home valuations. In addition, you will attend weekly team meetings for accountability, participate in networking events, and engage with the community to form strategic partnerships.

Compensation:$200,000 yearly at plan
Responsibilities:- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
- Lead generation to prospect for seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct a high-level of fiduciary needs-based analysis using open-ended questions and a buyer intake sheet
- Follow up on nurtured contacts and apply smart plans and campaigns accordingly using the Command CRM database
- Conduct seller and buyer consultations and obtain executed Listing Agreement and Buyer Brokerage Agreement for each client
- Effectively negotiate and oversee negotiations for all buyers and sellers
- Attend regular script practice and role-play
- If applicable, oversee the Showing Partner in selecting homes that meet clients' needs, identifying homes that best meet those needs, refining needs, and closing to contract offers
- If applicable, hire, train, and consult all Listing and Buyer Agents and Showing Partners
- Generate daily activities for production to contribute to lead flow and conversion
- Track numbers, metrics, and activity using a daily lead gen tracking sheet
- Oversee all aspects of transactions from initial contact to contract to close
- Negotiating for contracts, coordinating, and negotiating through inspections
- Establish yourself as a local expert on communities and neighborhoods, school districts, current market conditions, and home valuations
- Develop expert knowledge on residential lending, the process for obtaining mortgage financing, new home construction, the basics of interior design and architecture, and the current state of the economy
- Attend weekly team meetings for accountability
- Attend networking events and participate in community engagement for strategic partnerships
- Maintain a high level of commitment to excellence and strive for 5-star reviews from clients
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
- Show a track record of real estate success
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
