In this role, you'll support both clients and team members by conducting virtual consultations, mentoring representatives, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Support Clients

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefit programs

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom

• Educate clients on available benefit options

• Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support

• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Recruit, mentor, and coach new representatives

• Lead virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training calls

• Set performance expectations and monitor individual and team progress

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture

• Support professional development through ongoing mentorship and leadership coaching

Ideal Candidate

• Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset

Experience in leadership, operations, customer service, recruiting, sales management, or client relationship management is highly valued.

Minimum Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional home office environment

• Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (licensing guidance provided)
