Universal Insurance Agency is hiring a Licensed Insurance Producer / Insurance Sales Representative with Homeowners Insurance experience to join our busy Orlando office. This is a sales-driven role with inbound leads only, and the right candidate will be hired immediately.

• $40k - 45k plus bonuses -based on skills and experience

• Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License (Required)

• 1+ year experience selling Homeowners Insurance (Required)

• Insurance sales experience preferred

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred

• Strong phone, computer, and CRM skills

• Ability to work in a high-volume insurance sales environment

• Sell homeowners insurance policies using 100% referral-based leads

• Assist clients with policy selection and coverage decisions

• Complete insurance applications and documentation in CRM

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and sales opportunities

• Maintain compliance and accuracy in client records

• Monday–Friday

• Full-time, in-office position

• Must reliably commute to Orlando, FL 32807 or relocate prior to start
