We are looking for someone with a good attitude that can bring a smile to the customer's face dealing with high pressure. We have multiple franchises and are looking for a Service Advisor / Writer to join our Service team. Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

• Listen to customers’ complaints and description of symptoms; clarify description of problems; check vehicle maintenance records.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
• Generate service order estimates and quotes for customers based upon a menu of recommended services.
• Understand the technician's diagnosis and service recommendations.
• Explain cost, service process and time requirements to customers in detail.
• Establish completion expectations with the customer.
• Inform customer when vehicle is ready and customer concerns have been addressed.
• Interpret and clarify repair procedures with the customer.
• Document information about services performed or recommendations.
• Maintain satisfactory Customer Service scores as prescribed by the Manufacturer and Dealer.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up.

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:

• Previous Service Advisor experience required
• Familiarity with truck systems preferred
• CDK experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid in-state driver's license
• Professional personal appearance
• A 'People Person' with excellent communication skills
