Project Accounting Clerk

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Process invoices, verify coding, and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address AP inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
