The Landscape Crew Leader oversees and directs a team responsible for the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects. This role involves coordinating daily work assignments, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining high-quality workmanship throughout all phases of landscaping operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead landscaping crews in daily tasks and assignments
- Coordinate scheduling and work plans to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed
- Maintain quality control on all landscaping installations and maintenance
- Train and mentor crew members on techniques and equipment use
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients as needed
- Manage equipment and materials inventory to optimize efficiency
