Front Office Coordinator
- Answers phones manages the reception area, office flow and is the nucleus of administration.
- Performs various administrative tasks including answering emails, calendar management, scanning, filing, mailing, ordering supplies, and entering data in NetSuite and other platforms.
- Creates and manages spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
- Creates a positive experience for employees and clients by answering questions, gathering information, and passing messages.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
- Experience with NetSuite (preferred), Xero, Zoho, or similar software
- Professional and polite communication skills
- Attitude best characterized as self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
- Time management and organizational skills
- Valid FL Driver's License
- 1 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience preferred
