Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by offering options and making repairs to residential HVAC systems.
• Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company's high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC.
• EPA Type II certification.
• Strong work ethic, coachability, and willingness to grow.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Compensation

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
