Shopify - Customer Service Highly Experienced
Hi my name is Ben
I have more than one store on Shopify, and we work on 3 mailboxes
and I'm looking for a Customer Service VA who can answer customer emails + Aliexpress seller support
Only 5 years + of Experience will be considered!
Job requirements:
* Work from home only - strong wifi connection
* Excellent English (Key hiring factor)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with me and my client (Key hiring factor)
* knowledge of the Shopify platform - MUST (not basic)
* knowledge of the Aliexpress platform - MUST (not basic)
* knowledge of the Clickup task tool - MUST
* Experience with the Help Scout platform
* Experience with ChatGPT and other AI tools!
* Experience with answering chargebacks and disputes, PayPal & Stripe
Bonus:
* Experience with the Help Scout platform
* Handle PayPal or Stripe cases and Chargebacks
* sell repetitive Experience
Detailed training will be provided upon acceptance of the application
