Customer Service Rep (In Office)

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where you’ll be at the center of daily operations—working directly with customers, building orders, and coordinating with our production team. Responsibilities

We are seeking a bilingual Custmer Service Representative!

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

• Work directly with customers (in-person and over the phone) to build complete roofing material packages
• Break down projects into detailed orders including panels, trim, screws, insulation, and accessories
• Ask the right questions to ensure accuracy and prevent order issues
• Enter and manage orders in the system with close attention to detail
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team to communicate order specs and timelines
• Prepare orders for pickup, ensuring everything is accurate and ready on time
• Handle project confirmations and follow-ups with customers
• Learn to complete material takeoffs (we’ll train you)
• Keep track of multiple active orders and timelines simultaneously
