What You’ll Do:

• Create a Positive Shopping Experience: Greet customers with a warm smile and help them find the perfect mattress to fit their sleep needs. You’ll be their guide, ensuring they feel confident in their purchase.
• Become a Sleep Expert: Learn about our wide range of premium mattresses and sleep solutions. Use your knowledge to educate customers and help them make informed decisions.
• Drive Sales & Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed your sales targets while providing top-notch service. Your success will be rewarded through competitive pay, commissions, and bonus opportunities.
• Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with your teammates to create a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom. You’ll share ideas, celebrate wins, and grow together!
• Follow Up & Build Relationships: Stay connected with customers after their purchase to ensure their satisfaction, encourage referrals, and build lasting relationships that bring them back.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer-Focused & Motivated: You love interacting with people and are driven to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
• Weekend Availability is a Must: We need someone who’s ready to help customers on weekends, our busiest time! Your weekend availability ensures you’ll be right in the action, helping more customers find the perfect sleep solution.
• Previous Sales Experience (Preferred, But Not Required): Experience in retail or sales is a plus, but what matters most is your passion for helping others.
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude: You’ll thrive in a supportive, high-energy team environment. If you bring enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, you’ll fit right in!

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $24.00/hour.
