Join our Pricing & Due Diligence team as a seasoned Estimator II (targeting 6–10 years of experience) and turn complex project data into clear, actionable cost models. From our Juno Beach Office (JB), you’ll partner with engineers, supply chain pros, and construction leaders to build accurate estimates that guide investment and execution across a diverse portfolio.

A day in the life

You’ll lead estimate development for capital projects spanning wind, utility-scale and distributed solar, energy storage, transmission and distribution lines, substations, water treatment, 5G & fiber, hydrogen, pipelines, and fossil generation. Your day will blend discovery, analysis, and collaboration:

• Translate drawings, specs, and scope into conceptual, preliminary, and definitive cost estimates.
• Draft conceptual engineering and early construction plans to quantify scope with confidence.
• Build and refine pricing models; maintain estimation tools, databases, and methods.
• Run value engineering to uncover savings without compromising performance.
• Assess risk, set contingencies, and communicate assumptions transparently.
• Present options and recommendations to senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients.
• Source competitive quotes from contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track costs and variances through the lifecycle, updating for scope or market changes.
• Uphold company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of construction means, methods, materials, and equipment.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Background aligning with an Estimator II scope (approximately 6–10 years).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $41.00 - 60.00 .
