Senior Director Business Development
JOB PURPOSE

We’re seeking a Senior Director of Sales to join our US Operation. You’ll execute the national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Relationship Management and Sales leadership teams on the design and execution of customer‑facing program and strategic initiatives across all segments.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding Garda's products, services, and solutions.
- Establish and maintain robust business partnerships internally and externally.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Work strategically to understand potential customer needs and provide solutions.
- Meet or exceed targets for revenue, new customer acquisition, and profit margins.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 8 years of proven progressive sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Dynamic thinker who can succeed with new client acquisitions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an ability to effectively influence and build rapport.
- Travel 30‑50% based on business needs, team support and customer requirements
