PAY RATE: Up to $54/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Required Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required

• Shift: 4/10, 1st Shift

• Industry: Aerospace / Defense / Aviation

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Own and prioritize the team backlog with input from PMs, EPMs, and IPT leads

• Refine backlog and support PI Planning as part of the agile cadence

• Collaborate with the team to mature the Story backlog

• Work with architects on enabler scope and decision-making

• Evaluate team progress and manage risks and opportunities

• Ensure Stories meet user needs and comply with the Definition of Done

• Drive continuous improvement and value delivery

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance Required

• Agile Software Development: 6+ years

• JIRA: 4 6 years

• Engineering Design Principles: 6+ years

• Metrics Development: 4 6 years

• Advanced Communication Skills: 6+ years

• Oral and Written Communication: 6+ years

• Problem Solving: 6+ years

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Program Management: 4 6 years

• Systems Engineering: 2 4 years

• Hardware Integration: 2 4 years

• Software Engineering: 2 4 years
