Assess individual client risks to design tailored insurance solutions that provide genuine peace of mind.

Manage a consistent pipeline of new business by reaching out to prospective clients and following up on referrals.

Review existing policy portfolios to ensure coverage limits match our clients' evolving life circumstances.

Provide clear explanations of policy details so clients feel confident and well-informed about their protection.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the most competitive and appropriate terms for our customers.

Maintain accurate documentation and files within our digital systems to keep every account organized.

Florida Property and Casualty insurance license.

Minimum one year of experience in personal lines insurance sales.

Solid understanding of policy coverages and underwriting guidelines.

Clear, empathetic communication style that builds trust with clients.

High school diploma or equivalent.
