Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $25.06 - $32.58 / hour

Summary

The individual oversees the Division's database and shared drives, providing support for department functions through analytical tools and essential information needed to implement processes and procedures. They assist the System Director and Department Directors with various divisional efforts, including tracking projects, managing departmental regulatory documentation, maintaining the Department's metrics dashboard, planning meetings, and completing other assigned tasks.

This position is responsible for developing analyses and reports on system-wide regulatory standards for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), DNV Healthcare (DNV-HC), the Florida Department of Transportation, and standards set by the Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE).

The role will assist in managing various sub-processes within the Environmental Services department, which include compliance confirmation reports, Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) reports, external and internal surveys, Information Collection and Evaluation System (ICES) reports, and other regulatory requirements. Additionally, the position will maintain information on equipment life cycles and coordinate capital tracking of technical components for projects in collaboration with department directors. This role will also support the maintenance of the asset database related to Environmental Services (EVS) and Transport Services.

Requirements

Education: Associates degree required. Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of analytical experience required, Healthcare Preferred.

Other: Strong Computer skills required. Ability to maintain confidential information and data. Proficient in using database software. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business/spreadsheet applications, with the ability to communicate effectively in written or oral format.
