What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding physical therapy services guided by a physician’s plan of care.
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs that make a real difference.
• Document effectively at the point of service (so you can spend more time with patients, not paperwork).
• Inspire and motivate patients through functional, meaningful activities.
• Collaborate in weekly case management meetings to ensure the best outcomes.
• Supervise PTAs as needed, in line with policies and state regulations.
• Jump in where needed—teamwork makes the dream work!

What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed PT in the state of Florida
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative outpatient setting
• Passion for making therapy engaging, effective, and life-changing
• Full time, part time and PRN welcome to apply
