About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a multifamily community in St. Petersburg, FL. You’ll oversee daily operations, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to keep the community safe, clean, and in top condition for residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians, porters, and vendors.

• Prioritize and assign work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.

• Inspect completed work for quality, timeliness, and safety compliance.

• Maintain inventory, order parts and supplies, and help control expenses.

• Participate in and oversee the on-call emergency rotation.

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, Fair Housing, and company policies.

• Partner with the Property Manager on capital projects and property improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience; 1+ year in a lead or supervisor role preferred.

• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

• EPA/HVAC certification strongly preferred.

• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team.

• Reliable transportation and ability to participate in on-call rotation.
