Senior Trial Attorney
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client’s Miami Lakes, FL office.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 10 years of personal injury litigation experience, 10+ first-chair trials to verdict, and an active Florida Bar license.
**Base salary ranges DOE. Total comp can be upwards of $500k+. Plenty of opportunity!**

Job Description
- Lead catastrophic personal injury cases from complaint through trial
- Serve as first-chair trial counsel for multiple scheduled high-value jury trials
- Depose expert witnesses, conduct mediations, and deliver compelling arguments in court
- Mentor junior attorneys and oversee litigation teams, paralegals, and case managers
- Ensure litigation processes and SOPs are followed across the team
- Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and trial preparation
- Represent clients with excellence and drive maximum verdict and settlement outcomes
Qualifications
- 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience (required)
- 10 or more first-chair jury trials to verdict (required)
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering exceptional results
- Proven track record of significant verdicts or settlements
