Summary:
The Associate Director Foundation builds and advances annual/major gift relationships through prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship; effectively represents the Hospital to a constituency of community, foundations, corporations, friends, and/or grateful families. Identifies and cultivates new giving prospects while building upon established pipelines.
This position will be the lead fundraiser supporting the Department of Medicine and the Maternal Fetal & Neonatal Institute.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Work Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years in event planning, fundraising, communications or related experience, with 1 year of professional experience.
Prefers experience in fundraising with grateful families/patients.
Salary Range: Minimum 30.19/hour - Maximum 48.30/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
