We are looking for a full-time Medicare Sales Representative, with a health & life license and AHIP certification. This is a great opportunity to make money while helping others. This position is year-round with no chargebacks and the potential to make lots of money by hitting attainable daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses in addition to generous base hourly pay. **This agent must be released from any former FMO or Agency**

We are looking to hire for the Lake Mary, FL office on 600 Rinehart Rd for our offices on the second floor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business or individual customers' needs and financial status and propose plans that meet their criteria
• Leads are provided- the responsibility of the agent is to capitalize on those leads
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable
• Hiring determined agents who are not afraid of rejection and have a stick-to-itiveness mindset.
• Proven ability to work with goals
• Excellent selling, communication, negotiation skills required
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Medicare: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Health License (resident state doesn't have to be Flordia) (Preferred)
• AHIP Certification (Preferred)
