Machine Operator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temporary (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)
Location: Riviera Beach

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator Technician to support manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined, self-motivated operator with strong troubleshooting skills who is interested in long-term growth and potential full-time conversion at a higher pay rate.

Key Responsibilities
Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning
Control, monitor, and adjust machine settings
Feed raw materials into production machines
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or process issues during the shift
Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Inspect finished goods to identify non-conforming products
Accurately record approved and defective units
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications & Skills
Previous machine operator experience with strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with minimal supervision required
Motivated to learn and grow into a leadership role
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
