Do you love dough? Crumbl Cookies is a fast-paced bakery where we make everything from scratch daily.

Our crew members and dough makers learn to do everything in our kitchen. Job details include but are not limited to; making dough, balling cookies, dressing and boxing cookies, helping customers, making boxes, cleaning, etc. We work hard and know how to have fun!

We are looking for energetic, accountable, and responsible Assistant Store Managers that have high attention to details and works well with others!

Our Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers are expected to be the most efficient crew members in the store and operate with an owners mindset.

Our Assistant Store Managers that are looking for growth opportunities will be closely watched to see if they have the requirements and ability to be Store Managers.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $16-18 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Oversee store, keep up with extremely fast-paced environment
• Hire, train, and schedule staff
• Take inventory
• Order some ingredients
• Run shifts
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Inspecting and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
• Performing front-line customer service
• Setting and meeting goals for service, operations, and financial results
• Maintaining property and equipment

Skills:

-management-communication-customer service-hard work-computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail Experience: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Work Location:

• Oakwood Plaza, Dania Beach - Florida
