In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, along with preparing accurate reconciliations and recording compliant journal entries. You will produce timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership, post payments and verify data, and maintain organized, updated accounting records. Additionally, you’ll provide backup payroll support and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Jacksonville, FL. The chosen candidate will work onsite from company headquarters 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.

Requirements

Must Haves

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing the full cycle of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including all transactional processing and oversight
  


• Proven experience preparing and reviewing reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of balance sheet accounts, and recording journal entries in compliance with accounting standards
  


• Demonstrated experience delivering accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal requirements
  


• A background posting payments, performing financial calculations, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining organized and up-to-date accounting records
  


• Proficient in QuickBooks and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and INDEX-MATCH
  


• Resilience and adaptability; able to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively shift between detail-oriented tasks and strategic deliverables
  


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  

Nice-To-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  


• Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related industries
  


• Proficiency with AdOrbit
