1. Job Summary

Primarily responsible for the smooth, efficient client journey; greeting, orientation to facilities, assigning lockers and guiding guests to the relaxation lounges. Also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the locker rooms, relaxation lounges and fitness facilities.

1. Essential Job Functions

1. Adheres to all Carillon Miami Wellness Resort standards for guest service.
2. Takes ownership of guest problems or complaints, and refers situations to a supervisor or manager if unable to fully satisfy the guests.
3. Takes care of guest needs, ensuring that supplies are available and that the facilities are kept impeccably neat and clean, and in safe conditions at all times.
4. Monitors guests, ensuring their safety by showing them proper use of facilities; Maintains the lounge and assists the guests in the lounge area.
5. Restocks linen and laundry in all areas of the spa and transports soiled linens to the laundry facilities.
6. Performs other job-related duties as directed.
7. Provides assistance to guests in the operation of spa amenities and the basic operation of Fitness equipment.
8. Maintains the order and cleanliness of group exercise studios and fitness equipment in all fitness areas.
9. Monitors and maintains the entire facility, notifying Maintenance immediately when facilities need servicing.
10. Reports and documents any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately.

1. Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

1. Must be able to perform a variety of responsibilities, including providing world-class guest service, and the cleaning and maintenance of the locker rooms, lounge and fitness facilities.
2. Must be alert to safety hazards to ensure guest safety and smooth operation of locker rooms, lounge and fitness facility.
3. Must be able to handle stressful and/or emergency situations.
4. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work with a variety of people.
5. Must take pride in Carillon Miami Wellness Resort standards of safety, cleanliness and guest service.
6. Good communication skills – English required.
