Salary and Benefits

• Average Annual Base Salary: $300,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 15% annual salary

Responsibilities

• Schedule includes minimal travel to multiple sites in Brevard County as needed (conferences, training events, etc.)
• Both Patient and Admin Time: Schedule will vary, but will typically be:
• In Clinic: Monday, Wednesday and every other Friday
• Admin Time: Tuesday and Thursdays in West Melbourne
• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for Family/Adult Medicine services
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of approximately 50 providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs)
• Balance 60% clinical duties with 40% administrative responsibilities
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for clinical team members
• Participate in Back-Up On-Call coverage for Family/Adult Medicine department
• Participate in performance management including peer reviews and incident evaluations
• Drive quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
• Support policy development, scheduling, and workforce planning
• Deliver high-quality direct patient care aligned with evidence-based practices

Requirements

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Florida Medical License
• Current DEA license and BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience, preferably in a primary care or FQHC setting
• Preferred: Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or Business Administration (MBA/MHA)
• Proven leadership and administrative experience
• EMR proficiency (ECW experience preferred)
• Understanding of value-based care models strongly preferred
