Position Summary We're looking for a Solar CAD Designer II to join our pre-construction team. This role involves preparing detailed solar array layouts, topographic maps, and structural drawings using CAD and Civil3D. You'll work closely with engineering, sales, and survey teams to support permitting, fabrication, and installation of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create technical drawings using CAD for solar array design and permitting.

• Support sales with accurate drawings and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers.

• Review design documents for accuracy and assist with estimating materials.

• Upload project files to GPS systems for field use.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in civil or solar construction design/drafting.

• 1+ years in estimating or construction management.

• Proficient in CAD, Civil3D, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset.

• Vocational certificate or 2-year degree in CAD or related field.
