As a Customer Service Claims Representative, you will embark on a new journey with a strong support system to help you succeed. This role offers a comprehensive, fully-paid, four-month training program, which includes all necessary training materials, licensing fees, hands-on experience, and instructor-led sessions. Your path to becoming an independent and confident team member is guided every step of the way. New training classes start every month, giving you plenty of opportunities to join our team!

In the Role, You Will:

Document the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) by gathering the essential information needed to investigate claims. You will help ensure claims are moved forward as efficiently as possible, setting up services and providing proactive support.
Create and verify loss reports, check coverage, and determine the most effective method for damage assessment.
Answer questions about the claims process, managing expectations and providing guidance to ensure a smooth resolution.
Assist with inquiries regarding the claim's status and escalate to adjusters when needed.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you'll take multiple calls in a row, navigate several systems, and maintain a positive, empathetic tone throughout each interaction.
Show excellent time management skills and a commitment to your work schedule.
Work collaboratively with your team and manager to embrace continuous learning and development.
Provide timely assistance to members, ensuring productivity and managing your time effectively.
Be prepared to support workload surges or catastrophe (CAT) response operations, which may require working on weekends or holidays.
Handle a variety of claims, including those with higher complexity, and take on additional duties as required.
Ensure all business activities comply with policies and procedures by identifying, measuring, and controlling risks.

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to actively listen and communicate clearly and empathetically, both verbally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and navigate through business applications efficiently.
Successful completion of a job-related assessment.
Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days (all materials and fees are provided).

Important Information:
The position is based in Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available. Work schedules may include nights and weekends, depending on business needs. Shift premium pay is available for shifts between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. on weekdays, or between 6 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday.
