What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top canvassing talent
• Train, coach, and mentor your team to maximize performance
• Lead daily meetings, field training, and ride-alongs
• Develop effective neighborhood canvassing and territory strategies
• Monitor team performance and drive appointment generation
• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading and managing a door-to-door canvassing team
• Background in home improvement, water treatment, windows, roofing, solar, HVAC, or a related industry
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and coaching abilities
• A demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding team performance goals
