Role Summary

This full-time, in-office position focuses on assisting customers, identifying coverage needs, and delivering exceptional service. You will work directly with clients while developing opportunities to offer valuable insurance solutions.

What Youll Do

Develop leads and schedule appointments
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and recommend coverage options
Provide friendly, accurate, and timely service
Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims guidance
Follow up with clients to support retention and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or Florida 2-20 or 2-15 License
Fluent in Spanish and English
Ability to commute to Tampa, FL (in-office role)
