Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Busser / Runner to support our front-of-house and kitchen teams. This role is essential in keeping service running smoothly by ensuring tables are reset quickly, food is delivered promptly, and the dining room stays clean and organized throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth restaurant flow.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Refill water, bread, or other table necessities as directed.
• Assist servers with guest needs during busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, booths, and service stations.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables promptly.
• Help with trash removal and general dining room upkeep.
• Support opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Step in to assist wherever needed to keep service efficient.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized during high-volume service.
• Good communication and willingness to take direction.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Physical Requirements
