Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing and production environment. This role involves setting up equipment, operating machinery, and ensuring proper documentation and labeling of products.

Responsibilities

• Set up bagger for proper weights based on specific order requirements.
• Operate stretch wrap machine efficiently.
• Mark bags with product and lot number accurately.
• Complete and maintain proper documentation.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor, manual labor, loading, unloading, production, and construction.
• Skill in operating forklifts and lifting heavy materials.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb up to 70 feet.
• Capability to lift, pull, push, and carry material up to 55 lbs regularly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.

Work Environment

The role is based in a heavy industrial, outdoor manufacturing and production environment, where personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, and ear plugs are required. Expect variable temperatures, with conditions that are hot in summer and cold in winter. The work is physically demanding and requires readiness to get hands-on and a willingness to work hard. Shift hours are from 3 PM to 11 PM and 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
